Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts

3 TBSP Jay’s Salt & Pepper Seasoning

Cornflour
-
1 Sliced White Onion
-
2 Sliced Red Chilli
-
1 Diced Red Pepper
-
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
-
2 Sliced Spring Onions

1 TSP Sesame Oil
Directions
Chop your chicken into bite size pieces and add to a bowl. Add your cornflour to coat the chicken and 1 TBSP Jay’s Salt & Pepper Seasoning.
Remove excess cornflour from chicken using a sieve. Air Fry on 200 for 15 mins (dependant on sizes of chicken pieces)
To a hot pan add some oil followed by your onion, peppers and chilli, cook for 2 mins then add your garlic
Add your cooked chicken pieces, then 2 TBSP Jay’s Salt & Pepper Seasoning and your sesame oil. Cook for 5 mins and served with fresh spring onion
