Craving crispy chilli beef but don't want the guilt of ordering from the local Chinese take away? This recipe is the ultimate fakeaway made using a couple of our products to provide you with the perfect guilt free treat!
Ingredients

4 Sirloin Steaks

2 TBSP Sesame Oil

2 TBSP Jay’s Salt & Peppa Seasoning
-
2 TBSP Light Soy Sauce
-
2 Eggs
-
2 TBSP Cornflour
FOR THE SAUCE:
-
3 TBSP Jay’s Chilli Jam
-
3 TBSP Dark Soy Sauce
-
5 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar
-
5 TBSP Tomato Ketchup
-
3 TBSP Honey
VEGGIES
-
1 Sliced Red Pepper
-
2 Sliced Red Chillies
-
1 Sliced Red Onion
-
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
-
1 Thumb Sized Pieced Minced Ginger

Handful Coriander
-
Sesame Seeds
-
Sliced Spring Oniom
Directions
Slice your beef into nice thin strips and coat in your sesame oil. light soy and beaten egg
Season your cornflour with Jay’s Salt & Pepper Seasoning and coat your beef
Place beef into a sieve and shake off excess cornflour mix, cook in airfryer at 240 (max crisp) for 10 mins
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix
Fry off your sliced red pepper, red chilli, onion, garlic and ginger. Add your sauce to pan followed by your beef
Garnish with fresh coriander, sesame seeds and spring onion. Serve with rice and enjoy!
