Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast

1 Egg
-
Jays Original Hot Sauce
-
2 TBSP Jays Cajun Seasoning
-
Crushed Cornflakes
-
Jays Buffalo Wing Sauce
-
Brioche Buns
-
Lettuce
-
Pink Pickled Onions
-
Pickles
-
Ranch and Fresh Chives
Directions
In a bowl whisk your egg and add some hot sauce. In a second bowl add your crushed cornflakes and Cajun Seasoning.
Dunk your chicken into the egg mix then into the cornflake mix.
Air fry on 200 for 20 mins (depends on chicken thickness)
Coat your chicken in Jays Buffalo Sauce.
Toast your buns and build your burgers! I went with lettuce, pink pickled onions, buffalo chicken, ranch, chives and pickles!
