Ingredients

White Fish (I used cod)

2 TBSP JAY’s Spicy Cajun Seasoning

Small Tortillas
-
½ Sliced Red Cabbage

1 Grated Carrot
-
1 Sliced Red Onion
-
1 Sliced Red Chilli
-
3 TBSP Mayo
-
Lime Juice
-
Coriander
-
Jay’s Original Hot Sauce

Soured Cream

Directions
Cut your fish into 3 chunky pieces per person. Coat with olive oil and cover in JAY’s Spicy Cajun Seasoning
Shred/Chop all the veg for your slaw, add to a bowl with your mayo, coriander and lime juice
Mix your soured cream, JAY’s Original Hot Sauce and lime juice
Air Fry your fish at 200 for 8-10 minutes (size dependant)
Build your tacos! Stack your fish on top of your slaw and finish with that spiced soured cream, fresh coriander, lime wedge and chillies!
