Steak of your choice (Skirt is a good option)

Jay’s Teriyaki Glaze

Pink Pickled Onions

Tortillas

Cheese

2 Avocados

½ Diced Red Onion

1 Diced Tomato

Handful coriander

1 Garlic Glove

1 Lime Juiced

Bunch Coriander

2 Limes Juiced

1 Garlic Clove

Olive oil

300ml Soured Cream

Jay’s Original Hot Sauce

1 Lime Juiced
Guacamole

Directions
Marinade your steak in Jay’s Teriyaki Glaze and cook your chips
Make your guac by smashing you avocado, and mixing with the diced tomatoes, onion and coriander. Add your lime juice and season with salt
Make the coriander sauce by blitzing the coriander, lime juice, garlic and olive oil
Make the spiced soured cream by mixing the soured cream, Jay’s Hot Sauce and lime juice
Cook your steak to your liking and give it time to rest
Now its time to build! I went Guac, fries, steak, grated cheese, pink pickled onions then topped with the spiced soured cream!
