1 TBSP Oregano

Shredded Lettuce
-
Sliced Tomatoes
-
Sliced Red Onion

Chips

JAY’s Original Hot Sauce
-
Tortillas

Feta Cheese

Pomegranate Seeds
-
500G Greek Yoghurt
-
1 Cucumber (scooped out and diced)
-
Chopped Fresh Mint

Directions
Marinate your thighs in JAY’s OG Dust, Olive oil, Lemon juice and Oregano (for at least an hour overnight if possible)
Cook your chips
Cook your thighs on 180 for 40 mins (until fork tender)
Make your tzatziki: add your Greek yoghurt to a bowl followed by your diced cucumber, fresh mint, mint sauce and finish with your lemon juice and touch of salt
Build your tacos! I started with tzatziki, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onions then added my chicken and chips, finished with plenty JAY’s Original Hot Sauce, feta cheese and pomegranate seeds
